Background Information: The City of Southlake has been approached by the developer of Oak Pointe (located off of Ridgecrest Drive) requesting the City grant on park property a fifteen (15) foot wide permanent sanitary sewer easement containing approximately 0.115 of an acre, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and shown on Exhibit “B”. Both the Engineering and Community Services Departments have reviewed the alignment and easement documents and are satisfied that the easement will place no burden or detrimental encumbrance on the park land. Financial Considerations: Not applicable. Financial Impact: Not applicable. Citizen Input/ Board Review: Parks Board reviewed and recommended approval (6-0) at their May 8, 2006 meeting.
