SERVICES The following services are not included in the Basic ,Sefvices and will be considered as Addidonal Services. If and when required or requested: Drilling footage in excess of the amount in Baslc Services The services of specialty sub consultants or other special outside services other than those described in Basic Serv'rc & Any other services not specifically included in Basic Services, COMPENSATION The Basic ,Services outlined herein vVill be performed on the basis of the attached Weadsheel Micating scope, unit rates and estimated cast, The anticipated budget for Basic Services is S 8,500. This amount YAII not be exceedeld without prior approval Client and LAN DTEG may subsequently agree in writing to provide for additional services to be rendered under this agreement for additional. negotiated compensation using the established unit rates. Services provided by LANOTEC Oil be consistent with the engineering standards prevailing at the time and in the area that the work is performed; no other warranty, express or implied, is intended. ANTICIPATED SCHEDUL The field expkaratlon will begin approximately 3 to 5 working days from the time authorriizaticn is recelved. The boring locatlons will be staked and DICTESS Locator ,Service will be contacted to locate and clear utilities. We will also coordinate vAth the Southlake Utilities Department to check #or utilities such as water and sewer tines. The field work is antttpated to requ lre 2 days depending on weather conditions and site accessibility. The laboratory testing should be completed within 5 to 7 days after completion of the field exp oratiion. The analyses and report preparation should be completed writhln one wee after rcornpletion of the labo ratory testing. Turn around time from date of authorization to a final report is anticipated to be approximately 21 days or 2546110hR hRpW1 -1B -06 LANEYTEC 6NGINGM#G Mr. Mark BurclkhaTd, P.E.
