Revised Site Plan for Southlake Church of Christ
PROJECT:
REQUEST: Southlake Boulevard Church is requesting approval of a revised site plan. The purpose
of this plan is to add outdoor sports lighting in the south and southeastern activity areas
according to the plan.
The following variances are requested:
1) Site Plans approved by City Council require a minimum 5’ sidewalk along East
Southlake Boulevard and Brock Drive.
2) A variance to the Lighting Ordinance No. 693, as amended, is requested for the
following:
a) High Pressure Sodium or similar lighting type is required, metal halide
is proposed.
b) Maximum lighting intensity permitted is 20 foot- candles, a maximum of
±60 foot-candles is proposed.
