The applicant is proposing to use two (2) tents that are to be approximately 800 square feet (20 ft x 40 ft) each and are to be set up for the dates of Wednesday, August 29 through Wednesday, September 12. The hours of operation for the sale will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. A tent permit application is required to be submitted to Building Services Department demonstrating that the tent will meet current building and fire regulations. The applicant is requesting to have signage be approved in conjunction with the SUP request. The signage will be in the form of banners attached to the tent (See Attachment 'C', pg. 3).
