Sign Variance for The Grove
PROJECT:
REQUEST: Identitec, on behalf of Vaughn Commercial Realty Group, is requesting a variance
from the Sign Ordinance No. 704-C requirements for sign height and sign area for a
land sign. The applicant is requesting a temporary sign for The Grove, a future mixed
use development, at the southwest corner of West Dove Street and West S.H. 114
(labeled Sign āCā in the attachments). The applicant is proposing to replace a smaller
existing sign on the site.
The specific variances requested are as follows:

Maximum Height 5 feet 17 feet
Maximum Area 32 s.f. per sign face 140 s.f.
ACTION NEEDED: Consider variance request.
