Item 4HCity of Southlake Department of Planning & Development Services S T A F F R E P O R T August 15, 2007 SP 07-230 CASE NO: Sign Variance for Timarron Country Club PROJECT: REQUEST: Timarron Country Club is requesting approval of a variance from the Sign Ordinance No. 704-C regulations for a directional sign located at 1425 Byron Nelson Parkway. This request is for a directional sign for the country club that was constructed in the city’s right-of-way without a permit. The sign is taller and has a larger sign structure area than allowed. In addition, the applicant is requesting approval of a right-of-way encroachment agreement (see Agenda Item 4I).
