OFFER THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS. THESE STIPULATIONS ARE HEREBY MADE CONDITIONS OF PLAT
APPROVAL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AMENDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED

1.The plat must adhere to all applicable requirements and conditions of approval for the concept plan and
site plan related to this property. Please make all applicable changes stipulated in the review comments
for those plans.
2.Provide approximated boundary line and/or curve radii dimensions for lots/blocks and street
centerlines.
3.Label proposed or existing public park land. All open space must be public unless otherwise approved.
4.Provide adequate easements and right-of-way for streets, drainage and utilities in accordance with
approved construction plans.
