PROJECT:
REQUEST: On behalf of Rick Walker, Tri-Tech DFW Surveying is requesting approval of a plat
revision for Lot 22, Block 7, Timarron Addition, Huntly Manor Phase 2. The purpose
of the revision is to abandon a 10 foot utility easement along the north boundary of Lot
22. The applicant is requesting to abandon this easement to allow more room in the
backyard for a swimming pool.
The applicant has indicated to staff that they have contacted all franchise utility
companies and has received confirmation that there have no issues with the
abandonment. All utility companies must sign the abandonment approval statement on
the face of the plat before the City can file the plat of record in the County.
The City’s Public Works Department has reviewed the proposal of the abandonment
and has no issues with the request.

dated March 29, 2007; with the addition to acquire approval from the
Public Works department.
STAFF COMMENTS: Attached is Plat Review Summary No. 2, dated March 29, 2007. Public
Works has reviewed the proposal of the abandonment and has no issues
with the request.

from each taxing authority must be provided to the City prior to filing this plat in the County records. A
copy of this information may be obtained from the Tarrant county Tax Assessor/Collector’s Office
located at 100 E. Weatherford St. in Ft. Worth (across from the old red courthouse). There is a service
charge of $10 per account for this certificate. For more information contact the Assessor/Collector’s

* Please submit a revised blueline "check print" prior to submitting blackline mylars with original
signatures.

* Original signatures and seals will be required on three mylars prior to filing the plat. Also
required are two sets of owner's dedications and notaries (8.5" x 11" or 14" paper) with original
signatures and seals on each. Mylars will not be accepted if any erasures or original ink, other than
