Watermere is located on the south side of the 2800 block of West Southlake Boulevard directly south of the intersection of West Jellico Circle. The Master Sign Plan includes sign regulations for the primary entry feature sign, subdivision and clubhouse identification signs, address signs, traffic signs, and directional signs.
