Master Sign Plan for Watermere at Southlake
PROJECT:
REQUEST: Fource Communications, on behalf of Integrated Real Estate Group, is requesting
approval of a Master Sign Plan for Watermere at Southlake. Watermere is located
on the south side of the 2800 block of West Southlake Boulevard directly south of
the intersection of West Jellico Circle. The Master Sign Plan includes sign
regulations for the primary entry feature sign, subdivision and clubhouse
identification signs, address signs, traffic signs, and directional signs.
ACTION NEEDED: Consider master sign plan.

Traffic Signs
Traffic signs are exempt from Sign Ordinance No. 704-C. Renderings of

meet Southlake standards.
Address Signs
Address signs are exempt from Sign Ordinance No. 704-C as long as they do
not exceed 5 square feet in area. The proposed address signs are all less than
5 square feet. Drawings of these signs are provided for informational
purposes only.
