REQUEST: On behalf of CSL Leasing & Maguire Partners, Sabre Holdings is requesting approval
of a plat revision. The plan proposes to subdivide three existing lots into six lots. The
purpose of the revision is to convey ownership of some of the property back to
Maguire Partners in particular, Lots1R1 and 4R3.
A variance to subdivision ordinance regarding street frontage is requested for Lot 4R3.
Access to the lot is to be provided by an access easement extending from East T.W.
King Road through the adjoining property. Lot 4R3 and the adjoining Lot 4, Block A
of the MTP-IBM subdivision which the access easement crosses are both to be owned
by Maguire Partners.

Thoroughfare Plan. This section of Kirkwood Boulevard was approved as a private street section with
approval of the preliminary plat and final plat and is requested to remain as such at this time.
* It appears this property lies within the 65 'LDN D/FW Regional Airport Overlay Zone, requiring
construction standards in compliance with the Airport Compatible Land Use Zoning Ordinance No.

479. Additionally, the Avigation Easement and Release shown in Appendix 3 of the Subdivision
Ordinance No. 483 should be executed on subsequent Plats to be filed in the County Plat Records.
* A “Certificate of Taxes Paid” indicating that there are no delinquent taxes owed on the subject property
from each taxing authority must be provided to the City prior to filing this plat in the County records. A
copy of this information may be obtained from the Tarrant county Tax Assessor/Collector’s Office
