The plan proposes to subdivide three existing lots into six lots. The purpose of the revision is to convey ownership of some of the property back to Maguire Partners in particular, Lots1R1 and 4R3. A variance to subdivision ordinance regarding street frontage is requested for Lot 4R3. Access to the lot is to be provided by an access easement extending from East T.W. King Road through the adjoining property. Lot 4R3 and the adjoining Lot 4, Block A of the MTP-IBM subdivision which the access easement crosses are both to be owned by Maguire Partners.
