Sign Variance for Weir’s Furniture
PROJECT:
REQUEST: This is a variance request from the Gateway Plaza Phase II Conditional Sign Permit
regulations for number of attached signs. The subject property is located at 201 North
Nolen Drive. The applicant is proposing a total of three attached signs: one on the
north elevation facing S.H. 114, one on the west elevation facing Nolen Drive, and one
on the south elevation facing East Southlake Boulevard. Under the Gateway Plaza
Phase II Conditional Sign Permit, tenants are limited to one sign per façade with a
maximum of two signs per tenant.
Approval of a variance is needed to receive sign permits for the proposed signs. The
specific variance requested is as follows:
