2010-01-21 SPIN Meeting Program To follow up on these developments, please check the city’s Planning Agenda: Department website for updates at: The City of Southlake’s Planning & Development Services 6:00 p.m. – www.cityofsouthlake.com/planning/default.asp department will host a city-wide SPIN meeting to present the design SPIN Mtg. Rules and Procedures and locations for the City’s new Wayfinding Sign System, which will direct visitors to popular Southlake destinations such as Dragon Purpose Stadium, Town Square, Bicentennial and Bob Jones Parks, and other points of interest.  To effectively communicate the role that the SPIN Program plays in the public process and how it works;  Introduction of SPIN Program and Meeting Ground Rules  To efficiently and effectively process participation requests;  Discussion of proposed development  To provide follow-up communication that is useful for City Council, City Boards and Commissions, Program Participants, and City  Question and Answer Session Residents. SPIN Meeting Reporting Documentation of SPIN Meetings A. - Official minutes of SPIN meetings are not kept. However, the City Planning & Development Services staff liaison will document all questions and comments raised at the meeting and will provide the list as an appendix to their follow-up report to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. If needed, the petitioner will be given an opportunity to answer questions raised, but after receiving the list of questions from staff, answers must be completed and returned to staff within 72 hours of the meeting date for inclusion in the follow-up report.  Distribution and Posting of Reports on City Website - All meeting reports are posted on the SPIN Website under "Meeting Reports" for access. SPIN Meeting Ground Rules 1. The presenters will give their presentation in full at the beginning of the meeting. 2.
