T o w n P l a n n i n g & D e s i g n f o r L i v a b l e C o m m u n i t i e s Southlake Urban Design Study Summary of December 12, 2006 Joint Meeting Evaluate the feasibility of changing from existing 12-ft lanes to 11-ft lanes Evaluate pedestrian safety at Town Square and Central Market (included in revised scope of work for the Urban Design Study) Evaluate the following changes to the median plan: Median cut at Parkwood Drive ~ Improve access to businesses at the southeast corner of Kimball and F.M. ~ 1709 First median cut after White Chapel moved to park entrance or eliminated ~ Access to Lake Crest subdivision ~ Access to Stone Lakes subdivision ( 2 full opening or one full opening and a ~ hooded left) Addition of a median between Sonic and Michael Drive on Davis Boulevard ~ Add a full access median cut at Greenbriar Drive on Davis Boulevard ~ Evaluate funding opportunities for medians on Davis Boulevard (F.M. 1938 south of F.M. 1709) TOWNSCAPE, Inc.
