Southlake Boulevard PROJECT: REQUEST: On behalf of Chase Bank located at 1700 E. Southlake Blvd., being the northwest corner of E. Southlake Boulevard and Village Center Drive, NW Sign Industries is requesting variances to the logo height for the attached signs on the east and south facades of the building. These signs will replace the existing signs in an effort to improve visibility of the banks location. Sign #1 faces Village Center Drive (east façade) and Sign #2 faces E. Southlake Blvd (south façade). The specific details are as follows: Location Sign Reg.
