Item 4J-4K AudioToll Brothers, Inc. is requesting approval of 2 plat extensions extending the validity of a Final Plat under Case No. ZA08-033 and a Preliminary Plat under Case No. ZA08-014 for Tracts 1, 1C and 1C1, A.H. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 299 otherwise know as Winfield Estates located at 2210 N. Carroll Ave. and 1107 & 1155 E. Dove Rd. 1 The Preliminary Plat for Winfield Estates was approved by City Council on May 6, 2008. The approved preliminary plat is for twelve residential lots and 2 open space lots on approximately 9.1 acres. Under the subdivision ordinance a Preliminary Plat is to expire two (2) years from the date of approval, that date was on May 6, 2010. The applicant is requesting to extend the validity of the Preliminary Plat until May 6, 2011. 2 The following is the Final Plat for Winfield Estates that was approved by Planning & Zoning Commission on May 8, 2008. under the subdivision ordinance a final plat is to expire after 1 year from the date of approval, that date was on May 8, 2009. an extension was granted until May 8, 2010 but has since then now expired and therefore the applicant is also requesting for this plat to be extended for the period of 1 year until May 8, 2011. 3 This is an aerial of the site outlined in the bold green line. 4 This concludes staff’s presentation, if you have any further questions please contact Ken Baker or Daniel Cortez at the following numbers 5
