Item 4I AudioOn behalf of Kimball Circle Estates, LLC, JDJR Engineers & Consultants, Inc. is requesting approval of a a plat extension as permitted by Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 4.01(I) (Plat Expiration), as amended, extending the validity of Case No. ZA08-053, a Preliminary Plat for Tracts 6G, 6H & 6K, J.A. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 529. The property is located at 703, 722, and 750 S Kimball Avenue. 1 The Preliminary Plat for Kimball Circle Estates was approved by City Council on October 21, 2008. The approved preliminary plat is for six residential lots located north of the Miracle Pointe subdivision and south of the Kimball Hills subdivision. A Preliminary Plat shall expire two (2) years from the date of approval.
