Kaleidoscope of Homes Event
October 9th-31st, 2010 at Shady Oaks in Southlake
The 2010 KoH is the nation’s only luxury home show highlighting the latest design trends, technology and architecture. The estate homes range from 7,000 to more than 9,500 square feet
and are valued at two to three million dollars. Part of the proceeds will be given to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Kaleidoscope of Homes Event
Application is from Greater FW Builders Assoc and Terra Land / Hat Creek Developments
Applicant has requested the use of the City’s mobile stage for two evening events on October 5 and 7
Application identifies staffing/equipment costs required to support the event

Kaleidoscope of Homes Event
Applicant will be required to provide a 50/50 match of contributions by the City ($420)
Request will be based on actual costs incurred, not to exceed $420.00 which is 50% of the estimated cost of $840.00.
Applicant will be responsible for incurring the cost for damage to any equipment should it occur during their use as well as all other costs related to the event.

In accordance with the Council adopted Community Event Participation Policy
Staff recommends approval of the Participation Agreement with the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association and Terra Land / Hat Creek Developments for the 2010 Kaleidoscope of Homes event,
not to exceed $420.00 which is 50% of the estimated cost of $840.00.
