The project involves the development of the above mentioned corner property as a
convenience store w/ a 3 gas pumps station. The proposed building area will be
approximately 3,000 SF. Two driveways are proposed, one on W White Chapel Blvd and
one on SH 114. A total number of 16 parking spaces will be provided.
