Sign Variance for Carillon Office Development Temporary Sign
PROJECT:
REQUEST: Hines Southlake Land, L.P. is requesting a variance to the Sign Ordinance No. 704-C
requirements for sign height and sign area for a temporary land sign. The applicant is
requesting a temporary sign for the proposed Carillon Office Development, located at
the 200 block of East S.H. 114 on the north side of the highway.
The specific variances requested are as follows:
