Final Plat for Lot 1, Block 22, Southlake Town Square
PROJECT:
REQUEST: This is a request for a variance to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as
amended, as it pertains to plat expirations. A final plat is valid for a period of
one (1) year following its approval. This plat was approved by the Planning
and Zoning Commission on September 7, 2006. This is the plat for Summit
Park in Southlake Town Square. The filing of this plat was delayed awaiting
approval of the park improvements. This City is now ready to accept the park
and the plat has been delivered to the City for filing. Following the recording of
the plat, the park will be conveyed to the City by deed from the owner. The
applicant is requesting a 30 day extension on the plat in order to allow time for
filing in the County plat records.
ACTION NEEDED: Consider variance to the plat expiration regulation of the Subdivision
Ordinance No. 483, as amended.
