VARIANCE REQUESTED
A variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43.9.c.1.a and to the Masonry Ord. 557-A, as amended, requiring that buildings within the Corridor Overlay District and all buildings
constructed in districts zoned “CS” Community Service District shall have all exterior walls constructed using a masonry material covering at least eighty percent (80%) of said walls.
The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the existing metal siding to remain on all exterior walls of the four buildings.
