Well established company – Southlake & Grapevine have worked w/ for 8+ years City has an Interlocal Agreement w/ the City of Grapevine that allows the City to utilize contracts that
the City of Grapevine has bid and awarded City of Grapevine recently held a public bid for concrete services (June 2010) and the Grapevine City Council will consider the approval of
a new annual contract w/ Manning Concrete July 20, 2010. Approve Contract w/ Manning Concrete In order to expedite the project for completion around the first part of the school year,
staff is bringing this item for CC’s consideration on the same night Staff recommends that the City Council’s motion include a statement that the contract w/Manning be approved “pending
