The Zoning Board of Adjustment approved a Special Exception Use Permit on
June 10, 2010 to allow the portable buildings to remain on campus for the
sooner of 18 months or 60 days after Certificate of Occupancy has been
issued for a proposed Eubanks expansion. One of the existing buildings will be
relocated from south of the existing building to allow room for the proposed
expansion, which can be seen on the next slide. The ZBA no longer has the
authority to waive the masonry requirement for portable buildings, so that’s
why the variance request is before you this evening.
