The Master Sign Plan includes sign regulations for monument signs, vehicular directional signs, attached building signs, restricted parking signs, and a balloon sculpture in the entry tower of the building. A summary of the sign types requested in the Master Sign Plan follows. Please refer to the attached sign plan booklet (Attachment D) for complete details. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A portion of Tract 3A01, 3B, 3B01, 3B02 Larkin H. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 300 and a portion of Tract 4A01 Absolom H. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 299 HISTORY: A Concept Plan for a master planned development Carillon was approved by City Council on November 18, 2008 (Planning Case ZA08-031).
