19 Session of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to order at 5:38:07 p.m.

21 Agenda Item No. 2 Oath of Office: Stephanie Breitbarth, Acting Board Secretary,
22 administered the oath of office to Lisa Amend and Shawn McCaskill.

24 Agenda Item No. 3 Orientation: Chairman Parrish announced that the Board would now

29 Agenda Item No. 1 Call to Order: Chairman Parrish called the August 26, 2010 Regular
30 Session of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to order at 6:52:49 p.m.

32 Chairman Parrish called for an Executive Session at 6:53:12 p.m. Pursuant to Section 551.071,
33 Texas Government Code, the Commission may meet in executive session to consult with the City
34 Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this
35 agenda.

37 Chairman Parrish reconvened from the Executive Session at 7:17:07 p.m. No action was
38 necessary.

40 Agenda Item No. 2 Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Parrish opened discussion of the
41 minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on August 12, 2010.

43 Motion was made to approve the corrected minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting
44 held on July 12, 2010 as presented to the Board.

60 Buildings: Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2 (e), requiring that accessory buildings
61 not exceed one story or fourteen (14) feet in height. The applicant is proposing to construct an
62 accessory building twenty -three (23) feet in height.
