in October, 2006. The diagram on the left shows the existing waterline easement in green and the area of encroachment in red. The diagram on the right shows the proposed location of
the generator with respect to the waterline easement. Please note that the applicant has agreed to relocate the waterline from the area of encroachment to the south, within City property.
This is the exhibit of the encroachment area. The encroachment agreement is the standard form reviewed by the city attorney Maintenance of the easement is the responsibility of the property
