Potential agreement relating to Bicentennial Plaza
In general, key points of the agreement include:
City provides area for the construction of an entry drive and concrete parking lot (approximately twenty spaces – Exhibit A)
Parking lot and entry drive constructed by Developer at their cost
City to assume ownership
