© 2006 LandPlan Development President Jim Williams, Jr. Jim Williams, Jr., has been a renowned leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth development arena for more than 30 years. Prior to co-founding LandPlan in 1998, he served as president of both Cornerstone Investment Corp. and P.H.D. Corp., and was responsible for residential building and development projects totaling some $300 million. While earning his undergraduate degree at the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Mr. Williams was a two time All Southwest Conference defensive tackle and played on Arkansas’ national championship team. He went on to play linebacker for the Houston Oilers and earned his MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business.
