August 7th – Applicant requested to remove the existing PetsHotel
and replace with a “Grooming” sign. Also requested to put a new
“PetsHotel” sign where the “State Line Tack” Sign was previously
located.

October 2nd – The applicant revised the request by removing the "Grooming" sign and revising the "PetsHotel" sign. City Council recommended that the applicant design a more creative
"PetsHotel" sign and the variance was tabled.
Revised Request
The applicant has submitted a revised “PetsHotel” sign that is 26.0 square feet with the option of either red halo illumination or blue halo illumination.
Replace the existing “PetSmart” sign with a new “PetSmart” sign of approximately the same size to reflect PetSmart’s new red and blue color scheme.
