Nine (9) Dispatch employees from Southlake will transfer employment to Keller. Sick Leave Accruals City Personnel Policies prohibit payment of accrued sick leave except when: Retire from city with at least ten (10) years continuous service; OR Separate employment with at least twenty (20) years continuous service. Payment limited to 400 hours. Resolution Proposal Reduction in Force (RIF) not addressed by policy. Loss of accrued leave.
