Residential provisions as written are less restrictive than state mandates. Texas A & M wrote amendments to comply with state law at NCTCOG request. Ordinance 932 Technical provisions New sub climate zones created Calculations are simplified from previous code. New Code software provides data to Texas A&M Energy Lab for Federal Air Quality reports.
