Minor defined as any person under 17 years of age Adopt Ordinance 928 to add a new Article VII, “Curfew Hours for Minors” Ordinance prohibits: Minors from being in any public place or on the premises of any establishment during curfew hours; Parents/guardians from knowingly allowing a minor to be in any public place during curfew hours; Employee, operator, or owner of any establishment from knowingly allowing a minor to remain on the premises during curfew hours.
