Proposed S-P-1 Zoning Regulations
This “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan Zoning District shall follow the uses and regulations set forth in the “C-2” Local Retail Commercial Zoning District, with the following exceptions:
Drive-through food restaurants prohibited
Tire Sales / Installation prohibited
Impervious Coverage shall not exceed 71%
For the purpose of this “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan Zoning District only, “Drive-through food restaurant” shall not include ice cream establishments or non-alcoholic beverage establishments
or establishments of a similar type.
