However, after checking the Rules of Procedure, only a simple 37 majority is needed for any motion other than a request. The May 27, 2010 minutes were 38 approved and no revote will be necessary at the next scheduled meeting. 39 40 Agenda Item No. 3 Administrative Comments: Richard Schell, Planner II, announced our 41 next scheduled meeting on July 15, 2010. 42 43 Agenda Item No. 4 ZBA -590, Special Exception Use Permit for an Accessory Building of 44 a Size Greater than Permitted: Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 45 44.12 (3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate 46 size greater than permitted on approximately 0.57 acres. Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 47 11.50(j)1(i) requires that the sum total of all accessory buildings shall not exceed six hundred 48 (600) square feet. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building of 49 approximately 1,311 square feet, consisting of a three car garage, an exercise room and a 50 storage room. The applicant is requesting an extension of three (3) years on 105 two (2) existing portable buildings at Eubanks Intermediate School for education classrooms. 106 Due to a planned expansion of the existing school building, one of the portable buildings is 107 proposed to be moved to a new location. A request for a variance to Ordinance 480, Section 108 44.12.7.c, requires that portable buildings have a masonry facade meeting the requirements of 109 the City's masonry ordinance will be heard at the June 15, 2010 City Council meeting.
