Access Easement – For public access to properties from Miron Drive to Central Drive
Background Information
When Miron Grove development was being developed, the City dedicated an easement to Southlake 1709 Joint Venture
Lot 3R6, Block 1, Miron Addition
7,129.55 square feet of permanent access easement across city-owned property
Re-dedication of easement will include the heirs, successor, and assigns to allow a transfer of the easement rights
