Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 41 11.50(j)1(i) requires that the sum total of all accessory buildings shall not exceed six hundred 42 (600) square feet. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building of 43 approximately 1,311 square feet, consisting of a three car garage, an exercise room and a 44 storage room. 45 46 The property is located at 2803 Watts Court, being described as Lot 13, Block 1, Ridgewood II 47 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 66 29.6(h) requires that the sum total of all accessory buildings shall not exceed six hundred (600) 67 square feet. The applicant is requesting to construct a carport of approximately seven hundred 68 fifty (750) square feet, bringing the total square footage of accessory buildings on the property 69 to one thousand three hundred seventy (1,370) square feet. The proposed carport has a tan 70 metal pitched roof supported by 3" x 3" metal posts and it is open on all sides.
