The specific corporate objectives that are met by this construction project include: Providing travel convenience within city and region ; Providing high quality customer service; and Investing to provide and maintain high quality public assets. 2 This is a conceptual rendering of the future roundabout at dove road and north white chapel blvd. This slide shows the ROW requirements at the Dove Road and North White Chapel Intersection. The ROW on the east side of White chapel have previously been dedicated. The parcel at the southwest corner of the intersection is owned by Dove 114 Infinity LLC and is under consideration this evening. This is the location map showing the location of the roundabout at Dove Road and North White Chapel Blvd and the ROW acquisition under consideration at this time. This shows the row exhibit. 7 ROW required from the property is 1.341 acres. A 0.858 acre portion of the property is currently in prescriptive use and is not included in the calculation for compensation to the property owner. The net acreage of ROW is 0.483 acres.
