revision for the purpose of subdividing 8.4 acres of commercially-zoned property
into two lots. The property is located at the southeast corner of Carroll Avenue and
State Highway 114.

And again, the plat revision under consideration. The plat revision allows
Greenway-Carroll to convey the proposed Lot 3 to a prospective buyer. That buyer
has indicated to planning staff that they intend to go through the site plan process
shortly after they close on the property. City Council approval of a site plan following
a recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission will be required before
any building permits may be issued.
