2010-03-29 CITY OF SOUTHLAKE TEXAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES: MARCH 29, 2010 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas Executive Conference Room in Town Hall CITY COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor John Terrell, Mayor Pro Tern Virginia M. Muzyka, and Councilmembers Brandon Bledsoe, Gregory Jones, Carolyn Morris, and Pamela A. Muller. CITY COUNCIL ABSENT: Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Laura K. Hill. STAFF PRESENT: Assistant City Manager Ben Thatcher, Director of Community Services Chris Tribble, Assistant to the Director of Community Services Candice Sanders, and City Secretary Lori Payne. There was no audio or video recording of this meeting. Agenda Item No. 1. Call to order. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell at 4:34 p.m. Agenda Item No. 2. Review of the survey related to the Multipurpose Facility Feasibility Study. Director Tribble presented this item and answered Council's questions. Council discussed this item. Agenda Item No. 3. Interviews to fill two unexpired terms on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Council interviewed the applicants for the two vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Commission. No action was taken during tonight's meeting. Agenda Item No. 4. Adjournment.
