Fort Worth bills Southlake for all water passing through both lines
Southlake in turn bills Keller for their share estimating Max Day/Max Hour rate of use

Once construction is completed, the City of Fort Worth will bill Southlake and Keller separately for their respective water use

In anticipation of construction of the TW King water line, there are discussions with Fort Worth to take over the two water supply lines
Fort Worth wishes to continue these discussions with the cities that will be involved in the completed supply line loop

Construction of the meter improvements at Southlake-Pearson, Keller-Pearson, and Fort Worth-Caylor will provide an interim solution while discussions with Fort Worth continue
Southlake will fund the Southlake-Pearson and ½ the cost of the Caylor improvements
Keller will fund the Keller-Pearson and ½ the cost of the Caylor improvements

Staff further recommends a construction phase contingency in the amount of $77,683.00
