The Carlyle is a skilled nursing facility owned and operated by Cantex Senior Communities and located at 170 Stonebridge Lane. The Master Sign Plan includes sign regulations for a wall sign, monument sign, and therapy entry directional sign. REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of a Master Sign Plan. A summary of the request follows: Wall Sign – One sign, pin mounted metal letters as shown on the attached Exhibit A. This sign will be the initial identifier of the development as you approach from Southlake Blvd. The signage will be illuminated by a ground mounted flood light. Regulation Permitted By Ordinance Proposed No Criteria Non-permitted Sign 70 square foot wall sign at entry with 9 inch and 28 inch metal channel letters Monument Sign – One sign, a brick masonry sign constructed in the style and materials of the building, as illustrated on the attached Exhibit B. This sign will have a one side face containing the logo, name and address of the facility. The sign will be illuminated by a ground mounted flood light. Regulation Permitted By Ordinance Proposed Maximum sign face height 4 feet 5 feet 6 inches Therapy Entry Directional Sign – One sign, a molded plastic frame with a blade sign consistent with the style of the building, as illustrated on the attached Exhibit C. This sign identifies the entry to the Therapy Center. The size of the sign is 3 feet 2 inches wide by 3 feet 6 inches tall. The posts are 5-inches square.
