PROJECT: Variance for Burger King
REQUEST:
Nathan Pavlica, with Hart Restaurant Management Inc., on behalf of Dn Kingston
Southlake L.P. and Burger King, is requesting variances to the Sign Ordinance No.
704-D regulations for maximum number of signs permitted per lease space and
placement of a sign on a non-permitted sign structure. The existing channel letters are
planned to be removed.
