Site Plan for Lot 5, Block 22, Southlake Town Square
PROJECT:
REQUEST: SLTS Block 22, L.P. is requesting approval of a Site Plan for the development of a
single-story 5,656 square foot retail/restaurant building. The building’s location and
orientation were previously approved with the Site Plan for Block 22 (ZA07-007). This
application is for the approval of the building’s architectural elevations and elimination
of six (6) parking spaces.
No variances are being requested. Variances to the stacking depth of both adjacent
driveways were approved with the consideration of the Site Plan for Block 22.
Removal of the five (5) spaces directly adjacent to the north side of the building
effectively improves the ingress stacking depth.
1. Conduct public hearing
