Development Plan Changes since Inception
Reduction in residential units of approximately 33%.
Restructuring of the office layout to more effectively hide the parking.
Realignment of Kirkwood Boulevard on the south end of Carillon.
Increase in the buffer and landscaping along Primrose Lane and Carroll Avenue.
Re-alignment of the entrance off Carroll to align between properties.
Increase in the size of the lots facing the Lake Park
