Parking
■ On Street
On street angled or parallel parking is required along internal public streets in the retail
district in order to provide additional buffers between moving traffic and pedestrian areas.

If parking structure is not enclosed by architecture, the structure shall compliment the

surrounding architecture and shall comply with the 50% open space requirement for parking
structures.
