approval of a Plat Revision for the South Village at Watermere and a Plat
Revision for Lot 4R, Block 1, Watermere at Southlake.
These two areas are located at 2271 Union Church Rd and 301 Watermere
Drive

The current zoning for the South Village at Watermere (which is highlighted in
blue) is R-PUD and S-P-2. Lot 4R, Block 1, Watermere addition (highlighted in
red) also has R-PUD and S-P-2 zoning.

This is the approved preliminary Plat for the South Village at watermere… a 68
lot residential subdivision on approximately 35 acres.

This is the overall development plan for all phases of the Watermere
Development. Southlake Blvd is at the right of your screen and Union Church
Rd is on your left.

This is the proposed plat revision for the South Village at Watermere. No
variances are being requested and the plat is consistent with the Development
Plan and Preliminary Plat previously approved by City Council.

The purpose of the plat revision to Lot 4 of the already developing Watermere is
to incorporate about an acre and a half into the new South Village phase.
