Program Registration Policy Registration method (mail-in, drop box, walk-in, online) Payment method (cash, check, credit card) Deposit requirements for Summer Camp and Teen Scene programs)
Refund Policy $5 administrative fee for processing refund No refunds issued after 2nd class or game Must withdraw or request transfer 48 hours in advance of class Donation Policy Changed
Dept name listed from PARD to CS Dept Changed Director’s title $ amount Director may accept increased from $100 to $1,000 Minor Grammar and Housekeeping changes to reflect Department’s

P.O.R.C. – Final Step Park Board recommended (9-0) to approve the P.O.R.C. revisions at their January 11, 2010 meeting. Final step to complete the P.O.R.C assignment is City Council
approval of the recommended revisions Future Revisions…Similar to how the recent Park Naming and Park Hours revisions were handled, the CS Dept will continually update the policies
