of new homes in the Johnson Place development adjacent to Johnson Park, a very shallow and gradual swale adjacent to the current trail is required to allow for proper drainage. To
accommodate, the City needs a Public Drainage Easement for public use, adjacent to the trail. The easement is approximately 0.1 acre, as more particularly described and shown in Exhibit
