8ft wood fence screen will be provided along more than half of north property line.
Proposed layout exceeds 10ft spacing requirement on average due to curvature of fields.
Future phases of park improvement will meet most current bufferyard requirements as they are constructed.

Remove or relocate batting cages (Est. $5,000 in design costs. Not supported by SBA due to lack of space and proximity.)
Use evergreen trees along concrete wall. (No cost impact. Substitution of proposed trees)
