Zoning Ord. No. 480 Section 43.9.c.1.f requires that all fencing along F.M. 1709 shall not run in a straight line without being off-set by a minimum of six feet (6’) every sixty feet
(60’). Due to the limited area between the right-of-way and the cemetery, the applicant is proposing that the fence runs in a straight line.
